I tailor therapy to each couple or individual and work collaboratively to reduce anxiety.  It is my belief that we all need different types of help at various times to improve the quality of life.

 

My counselling  practice in Letchworth Garden City (close to A1) is convenient by car, making it easily accessible from Hitchin, Stevenage, Royston, Baldock, Biggleswade, Ashwell, Weston, Graveley , Ickleford, Shefford, Stotfold, Arlsey and Henlow
